MyClass Monaco Privacy Policy
1. What is the purpose of this policy?
The purpose of this policy is to inform you about the categories of personal data that we may collect or hold about you, how we use them and why, with whom we share them, how we protect them, how long we retain them and the rights you have over your personal data.
It supplements the information provided to you when your data is collected (for example: when you create your customer account, when you place an order on our Platform or when you submit a contact request via our online form).
2. What do the terms used here mean?
For the interpretation of the concepts relating to the protection of personal data and appearing in this section, please refer to the definitions in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation or "GDPR").
3. Who is the data controller?
When you browse the Platform and in the context of the use of the services offered therein, MyClass Monaco, as the data controller, processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation or "GDPR") and Law No. 1.165 of 23/12/1993 relating to the protection of personal information and, where applicable, any local personal data protection law that may be applicable (hereinafter together the "Applicable Regulations").
4. How do we use your data?
Myclass processes your personal data for the following purposes:

5. What categories of personal data are collected and processed?
MyClass Monaco complies with the principle of personal data minimisation and processes exclusively the personal data that are necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above.
On this basis, the personal data concerning you that are processed are:

6. How long are your personal data retained?

Once the retention periods have elapsed, the personal data concerned are deleted.
7. What rights do you have?
You have the following rights (under the conditions provided for by the Applicable Regulations):
- Right to access, rectify and erase your personal data;
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to the portability of personal data;
- Right to object to the processing;
- Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

In order to act on your request to exercise one of the rights mentioned above, you must provide us with:
- the subject of the request (the right concerned),
- and proof of your identity in the event that your e-mail does not allow us to identify you (in black and white).

8. How do we ensure the security and confidentiality of your data?
MyClass Monaco implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Applicable Regulations and to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk.
9. Who are the recipients of your personal data?
Your personal data are communicated only to the authorised personnel of Myclass Monaco for the fulfilment of the purposes set out above, as well as to its subcontractors ensuring the performance of all or part of the data processing necessary for the proper functioning of the Platform and the provision of the services offered therein, in particular within the framework of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCU).
List of subcontractors
- SI7V (France): IT management (company in charge of the IT management of the infrastructure where the MyClass.mc site is deployed)
- OPTIZBOX (Mr Vincent Guignard – France): Maintenance and development of the Application (company in charge of the administration and development of the MyClass.mc site)
- SCALEWAY (France): Website hosting (company owning the infrastructure where the MyClass.mc site is deployed)
- BREVO (France): CRM
- The domain name "myclass.mc" depends on the services of Monaco Telecom
10. Are there any data transfers outside the EU?
Your personal data are not transferred outside the European Union.
Please note, however, that they are collected directly by a company located in a third country: Monaco.

12. Updating the data protection policy
We reserve the right to make any modification to this document at any time and without notice. Please consult this page from time to time to take note of any new information that may be modified or added here.
